Personalized and Custom Products

Many products sold by HH Merch LLC are personalized, customized, handmade, or made-to-order.

Due to the unique nature of these products, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The item arrives damaged.

The item contains a manufacturing defect.

The customization differs from the information provided during checkout.

Refund Process

Description of the issue

Supporting photographs when applicable

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment providers.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized products with customer-approved personalization.

Digital products.

Items damaged through misuse or improper care.

Products returned without prior authorization.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production or fulfillment begins.

Once production has started, personalized products may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
